China Sing (Tianjin) International Enterprise Co., Ltd. is implementing enterprise centered strategy of innovative development based on the cooperation with Tianjin University. The Company has developed a series of composite structures that are characterized by light weight and high strength and that integrate load bearing (enclosure), thermal insulation, sound insulation, fire endurance, water proofing and seismic resistance into a whole. In addition, it has also developed the CS Prefabricated Assembly Structure System (referred to as “CS system” for short) for industrialized residences (houses).It  realized the innovation of prefabricated, assembly and energy-saving building structure system.
